In this series we will be evaluating the hottest trends for this fall. The effort will be to adapt the runway trends into day to day life.
The first hot trend for Fall 2012 is EMBELLISHMENTS!!!!!!
Now don’t we Indians love these? It’s been part of our wardrobe DNA for time immemorial. The challenge however will be to adapt it our western- wear.
Now let’s not take the term literally! The trend not only refers to stones and stuff but also rich fabrics like velvets and brocades. Add to these some nice stone-encrusted jewelries, brocade bags or embellished sandals and you are good to go.
I am putting together some looks for various occasions. All items are available in the market or online in India.
